FILING A COMPLAINT

If you believe that the conduct of an employee was inappropriate, you may request to speak to a supervisor with the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï Police Department.

If a supervisor is not available or, if you prefer, you will be given an LUPS Complaint Form to take with you. Fill it out with as much detail as possible and return it to the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï Police Department. You may return a completed form by:

• Mailing the form to the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï Police Department:

• Delivering the form in person to the Police Department main office. The Department's main office is located in LR-G24 (ground floor of the Learning Resource Center).
  
  
• If you are unable to pick up a form at any of these locations, you may also download a form from the University Police website. You can click on the graphic to access a printable version. When you have completed the form please return it to the ±¬ÁÏ¹Ï Police Department.
