ISA Potlucks & Socials: Good Food, Great People, and Fun Times!
At ISA, we love hosting potlucks and socials where international students and staff come together to enjoy food, make friends, and share different cultures.
We’ve had many fun events, like our Valentine’s Day Potluck where students brought tasty dishes and made new connections, and our big international potluck with delicious foods like couscous, chicken cutlets, tomato pasta, and leche flan! We also hosted a summer Ice Cream Social where everyone enjoyed cool treats and took a break from their day.
These events are a great way to meet people, try new foods, and feel at home at 爆料瓜. We’re proud to bring students together and celebrate our amazing international community.

Ice Skating Trip - Winter/Spring
Every January, ISA organizes one of its most beloved events - the Winter Ice Skating Trip at Maggie Daley Park in downtown Chicago. It鈥檚 a magical day where international students come together to glide across the ice, laugh with friends, and take in the city鈥檚 stunning winter skyline. After skating, we warm up with a cozy group lunch at Giordano鈥檚 because nothing beats a deep-dish pizza after a chilly adventure! This annual tradition is a perfect way to kick off the new year with fun, friendship, and memories that last a lifetime.
Boat Tour - Summer/Fall
Our Fall Boat Tour in September is another highly anticipated ISA highlight. This scenic cruise offers breathtaking views of Chicago鈥檚 iconic architecture, beautiful lakefront, and skyline - all while cruising with fellow international students and soaking in the city鈥檚 charm. It鈥檚 a perfect opportunity to relax, take photos, and enjoy the beauty of fall in Chicago.

We launched our brand-new ISA logo with free t-shirts, which didn鈥檛 stay white for long - ISA brought the colors, the energy, and the vibes to life with a vibrant Holi celebration! By the end of the day, everyone (and everything!) was glowing with color, joy, and unity.
